Very poor customer service. The process was so painful, I thought my fingers would fall off. When I asked the nail tech to shorten my nails he just said 'No!' to me which is very rude and he didn't even check the nail shape to see if I liked it before he did them all. So of course I left the salon very unhappy. When I went back on the same day to get refund of £40 because it's ridiculous to pay that money for nails you hate. Of course they never gave me the refund. They did offer to redo them again but I said no since it was so painful in the first place, why should I put myself through that again. Then, when I tried to compromise and ask for a French tip instead they said they would have to charge extra and then refused to even give me half of the refund. Then when I stated I was trying to be polite and find a solution the nail tech was very rude and sassed me so I ended up walking out of the salon. I will not be going back. Overall, wrong shape, painful experience and refused a refund. Very poor service.

I went there, I said the service I wanted two times and the man made me what he wanted, obviously 10£ more expensive about what I have asked. I have talk to another girl that has gone to there and told me that with them she has occurred the same. So I can only say that this place is a thief. If you have to chose, don’t go there.

I got permanent white tips (acrylic). The guy who did mine nails was in a hurry because he got another booked client waiting so I can definitely tell the service is rushed because he filed the nails so violently that I got bleeding cuts all over my nails. Honestly it was so painful and traumatized to sit through. After that I had to wear plasters over my fingers....so?? Service: Manicure
