Being a total newbie with vaping I had the pleasure to meet Krisztina she was so helpful and she knows what she is talking about which I always appreciate, she is not here to sell she is here to guide! She took all the time in the world to explain everything from how a vape works to the flavours suiting my taste, and what my aim is switching to vaping. She understood exactly what I was looking for and what would fit my needs. It is still very early stage (24 hours to be exact!) but so far so good and I haven't switched back to cigarettes yet or had the envy to do so. Again, early-stage, fingers crossed! Thank you!

Incredible service. Because of the good reviews I popped by to pick up a vape as I quit smoking, not knowing anything about vaping. The lady that was on shift (Krisztina) was unbelievably helpful. She took all the time in the world to explain everything I would possibly need to know and made sure she understood exactly what I was looking for and what would fit my needs. I reached out to the owner (Shyam) with an inquiry and I've never received such a comprehensive and understanding reply before. Very satisfied and will definitely be returning here.
