So much faulty devices. Had 36pcs faulty out of 140pcs. Tried 2 weeks to sort out, went to speak face to face, got totally ignorant even sitting in front of him, just doing his own business. Thanks got enough. Whenever customer service improves i might consider to come back. Thanks for a lesson.

A young adult that I support purchased one of your vape pens. On delivery, I found that the pen was out of date by over 3mths. I called to explain. They said nothing other then they couldn't hear me and said they would call back. I waited a day or two and got nothing. I called them back and they had blocked my number. I have reported them to trading standards, with the evidence. Very unprofessional, I would not purchase from these guys again, and warn anyone else not to as well.
