Amazing vibes! Went there with a friend and literally was left in stitches! The bar team is absolutely wonderful and I had Sri Lankan food it was lush! Topped off with the bubble tea and it was beautiful.

Don't go to this venue if you have Type 1 Diabetes or any other form of disability that the venue and their security team will brand as "inconvenient" as you try and enter. I went with a group of friends who had booked this venue for the Eurovision Song Contest screening on Saturday 13th May 2023. As a type 1 diabetic I have to carry sugar with me as well as wear an insulin pump and continuous blood glucose monitor. When entering the venue the security team told us to empty our pockets and one of the items I had with me was an unopened packet of starburst which I need incase I have a low blood sugar event. I was immediately told I wouldn't be allowed in the venue with my "sweets", and after calmly and politely trying to explain the danger it would cause if they put these sweets in the bin I was told that "my medical condition doesn't make me different from anyone else" and that "I wasn't special". I would have to buy the sugar at the bar like every other person in the venue. I attempted to explain if I have a low sugar event and I can't access sugar because I am in a long queue at the bar, that could be incredibly dangerous. I was stunned by their response and couldn't believe a venue would priorities money over making sure people with disabilities felt included and safe in their premises. Thankfully, one of the other security guards stepped in to say that this situation was ridiculous and they should not take my sugar off me but the manager still wouldn't listen. I eventually made it into the venue with my sugar but left shortly afterwards having felt completely embarrassed and discriminated against. The venue itself was horrible and not appealing at all. I have never had an issue like this at any other venue and I will never be going back here. We ended up going to Vauxhall Market Place, 1 minute down the road and it was 100 x better. Actual service with real food and nice people. We saw many people who had left Vauxhall Food and Beer Garden having been similarly disappointed and miss sold. Avoid.

Got a ticket to specifically watch the women’s FA cup final. They had a men’s game on the screen. I had to ask the bar to change the channel to the right game, which they didn’t even know what channel it was on! Why are they advertising for something they had no intention of showing. Why should I have had to ask?! Average food, average beer selection at the bar and even after eventually getting the right game on the screen, they switched it over as soon as the match ended. It was a cup final; obviously people would have wanted to see the winning team lift the trophy. I would have been better off staying at home to watch. The atmosphere had nothing to do with the football match and they had a DJ playing loud music so the game was on mute… have one or the other, not both.

Came here for a live screening with friends and was shocked how bad the service was. First of all, the venue had technical glitches, the projector turned off a couple of times so don't come here for any screenings. Second, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional - there were a few of us who wanted to buy food and drinks but we were left waiting too long only to be insulted by the staff itself. Check other comments, it seems to be the regular attitude here. There were too many drunk people around as well who harassed the crowd and visibly broke the personal space. Security won't really bother. Also, good luck trying to reach them - they don't answer on social media and nobody ever responds when you call by the phone either.
