Verde Diamonds were excellent. Stefan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Myself and now wife were able to secure our wedding bands with custom engraving in under a week. My wife's band was 2mm wide and Verde Diamonds were still able to do the engraving in our text desired font. They also have a comfortable consultation space/office where myself & wife could sit down in private to talk about our requirements. This made us feel very relaxed in the chaos of Hatton Garden.

I can not begin to tell you how HAPPY I was with my experience at Verde Diamonds. TL:DR - VERY VERY GOOD! Skip to bottom paragraph ( But you want to know about the experience right? So read on) Let me start at the beginning. I contacted Stefan at Verde Diamonds looking for an engagement ring for my now fiancée (truth be told it's a little overdue, but that's something that can be easily overlooked when you see the ring). Anyway, Stefan had a chat with me via WhatsApp, Introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for in a ring. I gave him my requirements and budget and some idea of what me and my fiancée had been looking at a few years back. She's a classy lady so she knows what she wants and I had better adhere to it, fair play to her though she's been waiting a hot minute for one. So after I spoke with Stefan, he invited me down to his office where I was shown some absolutely stunning diamonds. Stefan had also educated himself to tell me about lab grown diamonds which, let me tell you, are absolutely worth it. If you're into sustainability this is definitely the way to go but please speak to Stefan and let him educate you on that. So…Stefan and his colleagues Isaac and Elise showed me some physical mock-ups on the ring design I had wanted, along with some diamond choices. This is something that I had never done before and was quite a daunting thing to think about, but they made this experience so easy for me and boy was I relieved, because it's a very important time in your life when you want your partner to say "Yes!". The mock-ups looked fantastic and the whole process of picking the band type, diamonds and the setting design specific for the ring was all done so easily and helped me make a great decision on a ring that was designed from the ground up. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process and after about 5-6 weeks the ring was complete hallmarked and everything. Stefan messaged me to let me know it was ready to be picked up and off I went on my travels to be absolutely smacked in the face with how AMAZING this ring looked when I opened the box for the first time. When I tell you I could not stop smiling, it was from ear to ear, someone would have mistaken me for The Joker in that moment, except much less violent. I'd mention to Stefan and the gang that I was looking to take the ring away with me as I was going to propose, international style. So you know what this guy does, pops out of the office for 5 mins and comes back with a streamline ring box to hide in pockets! I was impressed. All in all this experience could not have gone any smoother if they'd tried. I can not recommend Verde Diamonds enough! I got MORE than what I had expected from them and I will recommend them till thy kingdom come. Also big shout out to Elise for being my hand model and Isaac for the great additional advice on ring and diamond care and stellar customer care too from them both! 10/10 would recommend.
