From the initial consultation with Simon and Tom, through to the installation with Mala and Numan. I found them all excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable and approachable which was important to us as we'll be using their services on an ongoing basis. We deliberated for a few days after the initial meeting and did our homework on the company weighing up all the reviews and feedback from customers, which were for the most part excellent. That factor was one of the fundamental reasons in our decision to go with Verisure. The install was arranged very quickly and efficiently for the coming weekend and Mala turned up to do the install. She was very professional and had a bright personality as well as being very knowledgeable on the products and the install which the family and I found reassuring. Numan arrived shortly after and began fitting the bases around the property ready for Mala to set up the various elements of the system, he was very friendly, professional, courteous and happy to offer advice. Mala then sat us all down for a brief training session on the system. One downside I discovered was that Verisure will not fit their signs higher than 2m which I found a bit odd for an alarm company. I had to get some ladders and take my old bell box off and replace it with one of their signs at the top of the house. I didn’t want the sign we received from them right outside the front door as it just didn’t look right, so I climbed up 30 ft and put their sign up myself the following week! The app is easy enough to use. It’s not all singing all dancing, but it doesn’t need to be, it does the absolute basics and that’s all it needs to do. The alarm has been in a couple of weeks now, what I can say is the peace of mind the system gives us is another main reason for buying. As long as Verisure’s alarm performs when I really need it to, then I can not fault their business model or their system. Five stars from me and the family.
