Most useless alarm system ever. They turned off the alarm after 3 minutes and let the intruder do what he needed to do whilst I was out of the country. The installer was an absolute cowboy who wanted me to transfer a "deposit" into his personal account to hold a price. Despite all this, he's still working there as if nothing ever happened or if he didn't breach company policies. Absolute joke of a place with terrible equipment. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor their alarm system

Hi never ever I would advise this company rather pay more to be with someone else .it’s not that they cheap anyway. From November till now they keep missing my appointment and it’s very long time unfortunately some cow boys there no clue . Retention give you deferent price when they coming they charged you deferent price. I have requested to cancel it 2week ago still not be sorted when I rang I was told the rang me but option for voicemail available on phones I mean at least find better excuse then this . Doesn't work and they still charging me for it so I cancelled direct debit now threatening me. They want to take equipment back but told them no chance, not because the equipment has any use to me but because of principle. Will never use these guys again. Installers are like criminals and liers they tell me system is made in Germany but is in fact made in Spain. Cheap alarm system which hardly makes any noise once activated. I was clearly told that I can cancel any time. But now they telling me they want 3 months notice

Hi I have tried again to get hold of them unfortunately no luck answer machine we are closed opening hours 8.till 9. And it’s 3 afternoon not opened I didn’t really give review bad or good but this one I have too. For past 5 months I have booked an appointment with them for new cameras .I man out of contract and wanted to sign new deals. Now this is funny part customers services is good that every time I rang to cancel they promised me they will come and fix it but unfortunately they dont turn up not once but maybe 20 times they never turned up for appointments.this is absolutely shocking service I rest my case now .not turned up today either .good luck if u need them. I have rang you several times it’s been 5 months and every month you didn’t turn up is any point ringing

I'm at my wit's end. Had this security system now for a couple of years. It started with a few teething issues, then settled down. But more recently it's a constant stream of false alarms, in the middle of the night no less. The alarm system isn't usable if you want a decent night sleep which is just pointless. Especially at £42 a month for the pleasure of being constantly woken up. It's more of an inconvenience than anything. I've had to have three technicians out since November. The last one I booked I said to the gent explicitly on the phone I expect a full service and battery replacement as I'm sick of it and he said absolutely no problem. When the tech arrived he said there was instructions on the sheet to only change one window and one other. I'm furious. I've been back from holiday one day. After a long day of traveling and absolutely exhausted I wanted an early night. Sure enough alarm starts howling about an hour in, nothing in sight anywhere yet another false alarm and not the good night sleep I wanted. I will be cancelling. I've absolutely had enough
