Went in this store today, very terrible customer service! All three staff were horrible (2 ladies and a guy) literally profiled me and were giving horrible looks. They told me I couldn’t get a store credit from the store as I wanted exchange a glasses I’d bought but I should go back to the shepherd bush store to get a credit as it’s company policy, got to shepherd bush and was told I could’ve gotten the store credit from new Bond Street- i’m so livid! It’s a horrible store and would lead a boycott campaign against that store as it’s clear they racially profile customers! They just lost a 2 grand sale because of their stinking attitude! They need to learn customer service delivery from the Shepard bush store staff!
