    Witnessed the shop owner I believe is called Andre hitting one of the dogs full force inside his shop. I was disgusted to see this, it’s well known in the area he has no patience with the animals. Definitely shouldn’t be running a business looking after other peoples pets.

    oh my god!! The best groomer ever!! Andre was so good and professional, l have a very shy moyen poodle, 8 months, only been groomed once before, he was so gentle and took the best care of my dog. He also gave me a few tips and advice on training and dogs therapy, he was super prepared on all my questions. Everywhere l go, people compliment me on the cut and it’s also lasting very long, despite the weather. Thank you so much VERVE, we will definitely be back! Elena and Honey ❤️

    Walked past at 18:44 on Tuesday 24th and seen a mixed race man with curly black hair grab a big black dog by the ears and scream at the dogs face. If thus is your dog I would highly consider asking to see cctv as animals may be mistreated

    Worst costumer experience ever, seeing as I was overseas I decided to keep my dog with Andre at verve, however as soon as he took my dog he took off his designer collar and put on a collar from his pet shop, and forced me to pay, it took him around 2 days to come up with the final price, which came up to be 1800 pounds for 15 days of taking care of my sweetie. Furthermore seeing as I was oversees and that my assistant was picking up the dog I assured him that I will pay through an international bank, this is where he was keeping my dog as a hostage and would not treat me with respect and would only accept cash which I found suspicious. He will act as he’s above you and use your dog to milk you off your money. Moreover after getting the final quote, when my assistant arrived with the money he asked him for an extra 100 pounds without a genuine excuse, again using my dog as a hostage. Overall I lost a good amount of money and was disrespected every point of the way, I’m just thankful I got my dog out of there before he could extort more money out of me. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE. All the WhatsApp records are available.
