As part of Verve Brecon KB club , i know all the Verve Clubs offer great family fitness for all levels expecially if are new to this as i was 3 yrs ago They certianly improve your fitness and confidence.. You Dont Have To Be Great To Start, but You Do Have To Start To Be Great.😀
