Hassle free pickup for self enmployed vehicle delivery driver. Took a few Tommy tippers up north from here. Tip for platers, always check your vehicle is ready BEFORE you arrive, saves a wait on the odd occasion for parts or if not ready etc. Sadly VFS experience waits and delays in supply chain just like everyone else in the country currently (mid 2022)

Would give 0 stars if I could. Spent £4k+ on a brand new tipper body that wouldn't even tip 950kgs of building sand off. Nobody gets back to you from aftersales, countless emails ignored. Got that fed up in the end I had to spend £500 with an independent company on a new hydraulic pump & motor that was up to the job, now works exactly as it should. Not what you expect to do on a brand new vehicle??? Will look at other manufacturers - britt tip / ingimex etc for our next one.

Ordered & paid for a pre-agreed selection of spare parts weeks ago, never advised of the looonnnggg lead times during any conversations (rear cage locking parts), told parts would be despatched Friday 22nd for delivery Tuesday 26th, didn't arrive, tried to telephone after 4pm, no answer, what a shower, be warned!! The product might be great, the after sales provision is very poor
