Completely amazing customer service! I have a blue glass pendant given to me as a gift which is very precious- but unfortunately the silver chain broke. I contacted Den who immediately posted a new chain to me without charge. I then managed to cut through that chain when opening the package - and yet again Den popped sent another new chain out by return. My pendant is beautiful and the service outstanding.
