Our grandad george was a resident here and received nothing but outstanding care. we can't express how much everyone at victory went above and beyond for him! We got to spend his final day's by his side and that is thanks to theresa and her amazing team of carers! They could not have done more for us as a family and we will be forever grateful. We also loved seeing how happy the other residents were! It really is a home from home for them!

The staff in the assessment unit were very helpful and patient, they take time to listen and help each individual in their care. They really helped my mum settle in and adapt to the new environment. One person in particular made an extra effort to built up a strong rapport with my mum so thank you to Claire and also the wider team.
