Staff no overly friendly also ordered a coffee and cake for 4,95 and I was charged 5,95 I looked at the board outside and it said from 4,95 didn't explain I was charged an extrA pound !!!

Quite the rudest and sarcastically unhelpful person I ever met tbh. Went in to try and get a plaque engraved, asked if it was possible to do while I waited. The reply was unreal. Started ranting about physics and saying christ cantyou see how busy I am. Yeah OK your busy sorry can't do it for a couple of days. Fine stop the ranting you work with the public learn some manners
