This place is really good for a vape shop, there’s a news agents next door pretending to be the same place as this vape shop and selling illegitimate vapes. I know because I bought a vape from both shops on the way home from work numerous times, the only difference is that from the fake vape shop (the newsagents next door), the vapes were either illegal or half used - and then they vape shop next door hides their name and everyone blames this vape shop

On 25.03.2023 I was overcharged 100£ instead of 10£ for just 2 elf bars. Was assured by the stuff and the owner that they will be in contact with me and refund 90£ and nothing was refunded. I cannot reach them currently so will have to solve it the other way. It’s awful that you spoiled my stay in Manchester and also lied about fixing YOUR mistake. The worse experience ever.

Don't know what all the negative reviews are about tbh I don't even think the rude woman people are going on about works there anymore lol but they are the best price in town for the chargeable Elux Legend Pro's at £10 each & I've found the staff I've dealt with to be friendly..also you know the vape pens are genuine and not fake like alot of the dodgy news agents in and around Piccadilly gardens flog!

Literally the WORST women works here. Her eye makeup makes her look like a little witch and she acts like it. You would think the vapes are a prestigious club in London the way she questions you to get one. It’s called elux not exclusive you little bat. She has no manors and gives off the worst vibe. I’ve had a handful of out of date juices from these con artists. It shouldn’t be up to myself to have to check dates on products that are considered food grade products it’s just irresponsible. I had a bottle of tyv raspberry desert off them a while back too that was over a year out of date. Don’t recommend this place at all.
