Sat down and had a complimentary coffee made, much appreciated! Helped us make decisions on hotels and options to keep our budget reasonable. Ended up staying way past closing time to complete the booking and take payment which we were grateful for. Now the countdown to Mickey Mouse begins 😁

Company need to improve. Holiday in Jamaica showing 1 stop. Forget to tell you that you fly to London and then you have to for 90 min in Nassau were you have to actually sit on the and to let people off and to take off again.....unacceptable. I informed them and they are still selling as 1 stop now.......how do they get away with it.....BRANSON,BRANSON, BRANSON.

Lynette is absolutely amazing, she is one of the most professional people i have ever dealt with. She listened to exactly what we wanted and what we really needed as this holiday is to suit a big age difference and to suit a group of us. I would highly recommend virgin and lynette to anyone that wants the holiday to start the second they step in to the shop or speak to her on the phone she is so happy and nothing is too much trouble, she fullfils the promises she makes and your not left waiting.
