I booked a car in Virtuo for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The user experience is great with an easy to use app that is very clear and the prices offered are very competitive. I wish they could offer a wider range of cars (currently A class and GLA in London) like in other cities, though. The deposit was given back the very next business day as well as the checking of the damage report. Much better experience than with traditional rental cars. I would love to see if they offer medium term rentals by subscription (ie payment per month) like other companies are doing with electric cars.
