    Virtuo said the Kensington branch is closed but on the app I can still book a car there... is this branch open or closed? Poor communications from Virtuo and they have no way to be contacted so I can ask for an update.

    This is our first rental in London since we moved here and also first time using Virtuo. I google many places for rental car and settle with Virtuo. I like the technology, the ease of the pick up and drop off, the location was 2 blocks from my house. I thought the price was reasonable. All are operated via the app, contactless. The car we got was Mercedes A4, nice and clean. We are very happy.

    The process of renting the car was very easy. The car, a Mercedes, was in excellent condition. The process for checking the car for damage is very simple as is the process for adding any scratches etc not already captured. I will definitely be using this service again.

The experience of booking, opening the car with the app and managing everything without having to deal with long queues is amazing, but also the fact of having a brand new Mercedes clean as brand new and with all the extras such as leather seats and some AMG line ones.
