Avoid them at all cost. I used to rave about Virtuo but they are now just way worse than the classic rental companies. Two last experience: Car got a flat tire after 10 minutes. I was left with no support for 6 hours in central london. Virtuo forced me to stay by the car that whole time. Weekend plan got cancelled due to their poor service. They apologised profusely and issued a voucher that I used today (on top of 100£ rental). I used the car delivery service. Car was not delivered as their driver decided to cancel the job. I had to call them to find this out. Incapable of confirming or sending a new car on the go. Another plan ruined. Never again.

Everything worked on the day but got charged extra charges that weren’t mentioned during the booking process. I suggest to triple check what you are going to pay before booking.

They changed CC after 7 months with an exuberant handling fee which is higher than a charge. When complained they did not even bother saying sorry. Terrible, terrible and terrible

Really excellent, easy to use and a beautiful car. The only reason for the 4 stars (as opposed to 5) is because I'd like it to be a tad cheaper AND in a more central pick-up location.
