Rented a few times with Virtuo in other London locations and Bristol. Great customer service, cars are all new and latest models. A cable to charge your phone is always in the cars. Just make sure you check the car for damages at the start of your rental.

Would recommend renting a car with Virtuo instead of the traditional rental companies anytime. So much more flexibility and the quality of vehicles are much better. Car was clean and well looked after and worked consistently with the app for unlocking/locking etc. App is well designed and easy to use. Victoria NCP pickup location is a bit dark and cramped so not the easiest place to inspect the car when checking for damage. Also had difficulty getting into the car park itself, as without a ticket to a parked car I had to call up the NCP help line to remotely open the entrance door. Despite this I would definitely use their service again. Also pleased to see they offer Tesla model 3 in London now.
