Absolutely satisfied customer... Couldn't have asked for better. Tanya and Elena know their business. They know what is possible and what isn't. They don't over-promise, they don't under-deliver. They deliver exactly what they promise (which is not easy given they were dealing with several unknowns with embassies etc.). I was incredibly nervous and anxious about my Schengen visa but each interaction with them - whether a phone call or an email - gave me the reassurance that they knew what they were doing.
