I felt forced into giving them one star. For them, it's all about the money. They will tell you that once they get paid, they will start printing and you can collect your brochures in a couple of hours but as soon as they get your money, they apologise for not being able to print, due to how massive they are and their other commitments and work load. There was no customer service or customer care. It seems customer service and care is charged separately from any order you place. Save your money and go elsewhere.
