    Pathetic customer service. They dont even have a contact number for their customer service which makes it ease for them to avoid angry customers and also answering their questions. They are a very bad example for people visiting britain . They have a automated switch board which doesnot work . Please dont buy your tickets from them and buy it from the attraction directly. These are mordern day thieves with pathetic customer service. They take your money and dont bother to reply to any queries or refunds.

    DO NOT...REPEAT DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE. Says this is a government organisation but I’m not sure. I think it might be a con. I bought London Passes for my family for +$600 that was told would last for our whole time in the UK but tourist attractions refused to honour the passes after only one day. Buyer beware.
