I needed to return an item from France and was told to organise it myself (fine) and to pay import taxes for the return of an expensive unwanted item back to the uk when it was originally sent from the Netherlands. Complicated, costly and inefficient. I do not recommend ordering from circa if you live in the EU. Not to mention the shockingly unenvironmental over packaging.
