Booked cruise on their website but had a typo in name. Emailed them at 5:15pm on a Friday and got an email in 15 min time telling me it’s been corrected. Took 2 cruises through them but both a bit cheaper than elsewhere and also no issues at all.

Love this website, so much better than any other. It allows you to see what cabins are available and there location prior to booking. The booking is easy and if you type slow like me it allows you to extend the 'hold booking' for another 15 minutes so that you don't miss the price. Viva voyage also seem to have the best prices and I do shop around before booking.

The guaranteed cabin on the MSC cruise I booked, was changed by MSC. I was provided with the cabin on Deck 5, in between two service floors. I contacted Viva Voyage asking to change my cabin to the same quality cabin I booked originally. It took me several emails to explain that I didn't want this upgrade, and I had to chase the agents several times. It's been more than1.5 months, the problem is still not solved. The last time I asked for an update, I was told that there is no response from MSC. Twice I ask for the contact details of the customer service manager, but I never received the contact details.

I've just booked a cruise for the 1st time with this Company and I am very impressed with the service I have received. I had already spoken to Cruise Company directly and was given a ridiculous price for an inside cabin and cruise only. On talking to the lovely Goli, she managed to get me a balcony and drinks package included for a great saving. Will definitely use this Company again

I've booked several cruises over the years with Vivavoyage - mostly at competitive prices with additional offers - I love the ability to select preferred cabins . Recently I booked a cruise with a similar itinerary thinking it was identical to another one a few weeks earlier , and after payment the next day , I realised it had different ports; Vivavoyage were so responsive and amended my booking as soon as I alerted them at no additional cost - happy to recommend and book with them again .
