I was a client before and he has ALOT of knowledge and everything went well till it was time to file taxes. Because he was late i had to fight HMRC to not pay a fine. I sent all docs he said he didn't have it and then stopped taking my calls, Abigail His assistant started emailing me and there was so much mis communication. I paid for a service and he said i dis not pay for something in particular that i know i did as i paid £50 per month. Abigail was communicating with me but didn't know anything about me so the whole thing became repetitive. The first part of my service was a 5 star service bit the end part was 1 star. So to give 3 stars is a fair score but there was alot of issues towards the end. But at the beginning i seriously enjoyed working with this accountant.

I asked for vicente to do some accounting for me. He always asked for our paperwork to be handed in on time but he never delivered. It was one excuse after another. I don’t think he could keep up with the high demand. It got to the point he had stopped answering my calls, which I personally thought was very un professional. If your looking for very little work effort to none come here this is the right place. If you don’t want updates, or anything doing please come here. I have managed to speak to a few other ‘clients’ whom have had the same issue. Move account. Him and his team are appalling.
