This is a great product, I highly recommend anyone to stock up on these for winter, it's a great preventative for colds and flu, and if taken in higher dosages when you have a cold it helps you heal quicker. Excellent! Now all my friends but it too now they've seen for themselves how good it is.

The garlic capsules really help fight off infections. I use them all the time instead of antibiotics, this product is great for wellbeing and also is good mix for food cooking. My advice is to take 1 every 24hr and I feel protected - it is garlic the historic herb for centuries!

This product works very well by relieving symptoms like cold and flu when I had a runny, itchy nose and sneezing. I’ve been taking it consistently for 5 days and feel sneezing has gone and nose is clear. You do get a strong scent of garlic from the capsule but I don’t get the odour from my mouth once I take the capsule with water. Oh and no garlic burps.

There are many benefits of taking garlic, but I wanted these to try and lower just slightly above cholesterol and it worked more then slightly . The capsules have no garlic smell or taste so are easy to take. The product has made me feel energetic and also I had cold systems this have seem to disappear in 3 day but taking 3 a day. A fair price for three months’ supply.

It's commonly known that garlic helps to fight infection and boost the body's immune system. I do eat a fair amount of garlic in my diet, but there are days when I don't actually have it in my food, so taking these capsules ensures that I get a good daily amount to stay healthy. These are great value. You get 100 in the container, and at one a day they will last for 3 unless any infections then take 3 a day. The capsules does not contain maltodextrin gelatine so they are suitable for vegans or vegetarians, but this is clearly stated on the front of the container. I like the shape and design of the bottle.
