This theater is gross. My wife I was so angry that I picked this theater. Only reason I would say 1 star and not 0 is they had no problem giving us our refund. I think even they knew their establishment was disgusting.

Watched The Little Mermaid on release day. Absolutely hideous service. Went into screen 3 basement floor and we had to ask 4 times for staff to clean it from the previous showing but they never did - a puddle of water was on the seat beside me for the entire film. Ladies toilets were blocked...I've been to festivals with cleaner toilets than this cinema. Advice: if you have to be in central, then go to any other cinema...Odeon, Curzon, Cineworld etc

Went to watch Guardians of the Galaxy 3 for friends birthday, easy access to screens as we had barcode (prepaid ticket online) however the seats themselves were quite battered and maybe need a bit of tlc. Additionally the chair has this junky feel to it whenever it reclined so may need to look into that as well. The screen we were in (screen 6) had a bit of a weird smell to it and throughout the film it was quite distracting. However the bathrooms were very nice and modern!! Would come again for a day out in Leicester Square although some pointers need to be taken about the seats and smell!
