Lovely little shop! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and are a treasure to the store. The staff Jake and Ollie were really kind and offered great advice and help when I was buying a new necklace chain. I loved finding out about Whitby Jet and will be back soon- hope to visit the Whitby shop asap!

I wanted a very specific ring and called in at your store in The Shambles. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful, unfortunately she was interrupted by a very rude older lady. When I repeated my request she told me there was no such ring. She seemed more concerned with sending an email than helping a customer. The young lady found my ring online ( the one that didn’t exist) but unfortunately it was out of stock. I would suggest the older lady put more effort in to customer service with a little less attitude. Deeply disappointed in my customer experience.
