After noticing that our banks' surveyor had terrible reviews we were looking for someone to do a homebuyers report on a property we are buying. I came across Toby on google and he had great reviews. We used Toby’s.services for the first time in 2019 to purchase a 2 bed Victorian terrace in York, we were very impressed with the response times to our initial enquiry and the quality of the survey report provided. This year when buying a second house in York we did not hesitate in contacting Toby again for the survey. Despite the housing market being incredibly busy, Toby responded promptly and booked in our survey within a couple of weeks. The level 3 building survey report was very detailed and outlined the remedial work that was required, along with information on how soon we should consider getting repairs completed and cost estimations. We also contacted Toby with some questions after the report had been issued and his responses were always very informative and prompt.

It was well presented giving clear instruction as to what the report would show,, traffic light system for any actions required along with cost guidelines for potential work.
