If you are an ethnic minority, the security guard will watch and follow you around the store, as this is the policy imposed by Waitrose.

Getting worse. I've been a loyal Customer for nearly 40 years but quality, pricing and service makes little incentive now. Today the deli counter was closed. No wonder folk vote with their feet and go to Aldi. Also the My Waitrose offers scheme is not user friendly. I agree comments about the Security guard also.
