At last shop we purchased 6 non frozen Yorkshire puddings from the meat aisle, should have looked more carefully on arriving home the sell by date was 3 days previous. Then cherry tomatoes and fine green beans were not eatable as they had white furry mold in the packaging. Disappointing and now coupled with the increased self service check outs it does not make a pleasant shopping experience.

A lot of staff includes students who don’t bother to help, often with really rude attitude. I often avoid coming there because of staff. I would recommend Buckhurst Hill Waitrose more.

Pretty good all round- the coffee machines never seem to be working & there always seem to be problems with the toilets. Staff are very pleasant though.

Three star for Waitrose product - high standard, however not as organised as well as other local branches - such as Buckhurst Hill which I not frequent - last straw they gone over to self checkout - most tills closed - well at least when I have attended, if you have your store card on your smart phone the new self checkout does not read and the store help have to enter the customer number manually - tried several machines have the same problem... it is a breeze at Buckhurst Hill as they have plenty of checkouts open as well as self checkout .. Good to give the customer the option .. they save on checkout staff but loose custom - store not as busy as it used to be..
