In this branch coffee and tea is done via a cheeky little membership scanner which doesn't work properly because if you want a cup of tea you press 1 for water which uses up your voucher then you have to go to customer service and ask them to reset so you can get some milk Waitrose please look into this as you haven't offered membership hot drinks for numerous years when each door was open
