Exceptional service. I simply cant understand a 1 star review. This compassionate team gave my dad the most tender and heartfelt care and exceptionally well managed service. And, helped coordinate an exceptional service and similar care for my mum. Both funerals were different circumstances, districts and funeral homes. No questions were too stupid, no answer was unnecessary. I'd hate to experience another funeral but this team became members of the family and an extension of our grief. We were never made to feel like 'another' funeral. We were listened too, laughed with and supported throughout. Exemplary team

Following two calls to this funeral home to arrange a funeral for my dad, and being promised someone would ring back, I called a third time. The person who answered seemed to be uninterested. I just wanted someone to take control and tell me what was needed as I had no idea what to do. She just asked what I wanted and was unwilling to take a lead. In the end I told her not to bother and I started again with another funeral home.
