The experience at Warners Citroen Tewkesbury was great because Henry, the salesman, was knowledgeable and very friendly but not "in your face". We travelled an hour to see the vehicle and we spent 1/2 a day with Henry doing the paperwork and everything necessary. He went above and beyond by then delivering our new car to our home later the same week saving us travelling again to pick it up. Really really impressed.

After dealing with other miserable Citroen dealerships , can’t stress enough how good the customer service is here , Dealing with mark and I’m very impressed so far , very polite , actually wants to help you , explains clearly what’s happening etc , a lot of other dealerships need to take note on this level of customer service being provided here.
