I had an appointment that for personal reasons had to try and change to another day. Was told I would have to ring at 8am in the morning. We all know what that is like, you finally get through to be told they have all gone. The women that answer the call’s don’t seem to care anymore but it’s not their fault. I wonder if the doctors really want to work. I haven’t managed to replace that appointment yet so I will probably not bother until the symptoms get much worse and try again. It really winds me up and I’m sure lots of people have had the same experience.

Spend hrs to get through and no appointments and then get told you get to see a doctor in over a weeks time. If you are lucky to see a nurse they tell you to turn up on time then sit for a hour and then when asked they say they are running late but don't do nothing and when you are needing to get back to work they don't care. Absolutely disgusting how it's run now. Ended up nearly loosing my job after waiting and still not seen for a serious problem, so had to leave not seeing anyone. Time for a new doctor surgery as this place has gone down hill and disgrace

I wanted to say thank you to Dr Akerman and her colleagues at the Waterside Health Centre.I visited yesterday following a booked appointment, Dr Akerman is caring ,sensitive and considerate to her clients needs. We all understand the continued pressures in health care , but i was not rushed and made to feel so comfortable. Thank you Waterside Health Centre.
