Nick may deal with death every day, but when my mum passed it was the darkest time and still is - however in that time there was Nick, a friendly face and a welcoming smile. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nick and his team for your loved ones funeral. From our first meeting to our last, Nick was a pleasure to deal with, he made everything seem less of a chore, less of an upset and made me feel comfortable to leave mum in his care. All of his team deserve 5*and more - even if I didn’t get that purple pen! Thank you team!
