Purchased this item at 2200hrs on the 8/1/23 cancelled on 9/1/23 at 0530hrs. Sent item anyway and promised me not to worry they arrange collection and issue a refund. “Nice and simple” don’t worry they said. It’s now the 21/1/23 with numerous messages and promises to resolve. Spent 4 days at home waiting for collection and still not collected and no sight of refund. The worse customer service I’ve ever received. Keep promising a specialist team will be contact but they never do. So I am now stuck with nothing but empty promises. Do not use clearly do not know how to treat customers.

Item ordered on 3rd May, paid in full. Estimated delivery date was 1st June (which is lengthy to begin with), now being told it will be delivered on 21st June, after chasing them!!! Not their finest moment!!! I can see from the reviews and their under ratings that this is the only standard they are able to offer. It’s shocking that they are still in business. Come on Wayfair! You need to improve a great deal to gain customer loyalty and build a reliable brand.

Not very useful customer services. Couldn’t care attitude. We were gifted a cot bed from Wayfair a few years ago but as we already had a cot we have not used or assembled until we had our second child but upon opening the package we discovered that the assembly kit was missing (which is not too unusual). I understand that it is most likely past its warranty but as the Cot still sells in Wayfair they should be able to provide the assembly kit (which we are happy to buy as not in warranty). Both occasions when contacting customer service we were advised as it is not under warranty they could not help at all. Imagine an expensive cot wasted… luckily we went directly to the manufacturer who were willing to sell the assembly kit to us but why was Wayfair not able to offer this advice or the Kit is we bought it from them? Shocking service. Understandably will not be shopping at Wayfair as if you get a problem then do not expect customer service to help.

I have mainly had good experiences with Wayfair so far, but for the last order I placed, they failed twice to deliver one item late in the afternoon after I specifically asked customer service for late delivery MULTIPLE times, and was also added in the special instructions for delivery, but their courier service did not seem to care for it. Please understand not everyone can change their work schedules to be present at the delivery time imposed by Wayfair, the website says it offers time slots for delivery but in reality the only time slot available is from 8AM to 7PM, not a useful service at all. Absolutely awful experience having to deal with this, it has ruined what had been an otherwise good experience with Wayfair. I am not sure I will be buying from Wayfair in the future.

Worst customer service I can recall from any company I've ever dealt with.Goods I ordered never arrived promised a refund off the' specialist team 'which is just code for your not getting your money back.Getting help now from Trading Standards&Credit Card company to receive my refund.Will never ever use this company ever again.

I am absolutely appalled at the service and bulling of this company. I placed an order with them of a bed which I was told would be delivered on the week starting on the 24th of April 2023, The day before I get the bed , I got a message to say the order was cancelled. Next I get a conformation of delivery on the 4th of May and the same happens. I have a decorated room with no bed and guest soon to arrive. The obnoxious part is that the company will not allow me to cancel the order so I can source the bed from elsewhere. This is daylight robbery and bulling by Wayfair.

Shameful Joining all others here feeling nauseated by this company. Irish through and through. Offered extra discounts for being a business only to withdraw it as soon as I’ve open my business account. Then called to discuss and receive a further 10% discount (just because they really really like me!) only to find out one of the items in my basket was jacked by 15% up prior to discount. Who still believe this is acceptable? In what world do they occupy any space of trust?! Total shambles and totally predictable from the these bunch of cowboys. AVOID Ps. Don’t be fooled by the copy/ paste replies from them. As if it wasn’t enough they add insult to injury... pathetic

I really don’t understand all of the negative reviews here - Wayfair have always been excellent with their delivery with me. I mean they can’t guarantee a time but it’s always arrived and their customer service is definitely one of the best I have ever received. There’s always someone to talk to, you get through really quickly and they’re all incredibly helpful. I spoke with Alva today who is based in Dublin, and if her accent didn’t pacify me enough (not that it needed it in the first place) she was an absolute dream to deal with. Full marks totally!! I’ve not a bad word to say, and in fact the complete opposite - especially on the face of so many companies that don’t provide any customer service at all, let alone a phone line. Love them! ❤️ If I were another homewares store I’d marry them - if they’d take me 😊
