I had a valuation of my vehicle for 5K. After they called me to tell me the offers only keep for a certain period, they advised me to re-book on their system. So I did using the link provided. Basically, 10 days after getting my initial quote for 5k, I turned up to hand the car over and get a final check- and the guy told me he could only give me 3k because the value of the car had changed on their system.. basically in 10 days (in total). Total waste of time. On no planet, unless driven into a tree, does a cars value change by 40%. Had good experience in the past- but this was dire. Sold it elsewhere way £1100 more.
