Excellent customer service they dealt with a couple of issues I had very well Unfortunately had to send 2 tile cutters back due to damage 3rd one was ok but when cutting it did wander off a straight line a little & couldn’t adjust the laser line as it wasn’t straight but for the price it did a reasonable job & saved quite a bit of time So in the end did the job although I did buy a slightly better cutting disc which did make the cut slightly better on porcelain tiles
