    A car collection was arranged and I was committed for 1 day off specially for this. No specific time slot will be arriving only between 9am-4pm On collection day morning wait until 11:00am I was calling them attempting to find out when the collection will be happening, the lady saying the collection won't happen due to the driver calling sick, also operation manager offer me for next day collection attempt, but not promising or specific time slot again, also attempt to cut the line during the hot conversation, he don't admit failing to inform customers for missing an appointment in the first place, he claim that he was trying to find another possible solution (as he have not know the situation when the phone line passing on him) I have to inform my employer for another day off for this company's mistake also all arrangements in a very tight notice period for the second collection attempt? Not even counting the wages missing for 2days also Rushing to arrange the day off, total unconvincing. I am not sure if this is legit for this company no compensation or no responsibility under not customer fault. I would suggest that Please don't punish your customers by storytelling. As company reputation is more valuable than everything.

    Tesla delivery, car didn't turn up at time slots given, rang for update to be told rudely I don't deal with Tesla's that's in the other office, even though i selected the correct option, had to escalate and insist to speak with a manager to get an update. Car arrived late, however delivery driver was friendly but pressuring for signature before car could be inspected (seemed under pressure)... Tesla please don't spoil all the great ordering experience work you do with using these people, avoid at all costs!!

    First collection arranged for 15 march. Didn’t turn up. Rebooked for 17 march. Called on 16 march to check all still going ahead to be told no it wasn’t. Rescheduled for 20 march. Called on morning of 20 march to be told not going ahead. Ended up using different provider. Avoid !

    Absolutely amazed by the complete lack of communication and service provided by this company. We have waited in all day for a delivery between 1 and 5. At 4.30 we decided to contact the company (we were meant to receive a phone call an hour prior to delivery). We were told that due to traffic, it won't be delivered until 7. This messed up plans we had made but we understood that traffic is largely out of control. However, it would have been nice to have been notified by them as they clearly knew they would not meet the 5 o'clock delivery. We wait until 7.15 to be told that it can't come tonight but 'might come on Saturday' - which is Christmas Eve. Needless to say we are meant to be travelling to visit family for Christmas. Can't quite believe it in all honesty. Avoid like the plague.

The sooner this company go bankrupt or shut down the better as the company is a clear rip service & designed to waste peoples time!!
