They won’t deliver the correct items and when you ask for a refund they won’t give it. They will offer alternative solutions and waste your time. Avoid. Just go to the corner shop, it’ll be a lot quicker and less stressful.

Products great but shame about delivery I was extremely happy with the products that arrived. Nothing was missed from a big order I did, the items were high quality (REALLY appreciated that the meat order came from a butchers 10/10 taste quality packaging everything, was worried about ordering raw meat but zero issue. Better than my local shop). Also, I found that the prices were really fair and matched that of buying from my local shop. I also ordered very late at night when other shops would have been closed (about 9pm) and yet I managed to do a whole grocery order just over an app. Amazing. Only downside, and reason for 3 stars is, I had a whole faff with the delivery, whereby the delivery driver marked "Delivered" when it wasn't in fact delivered. For over 10 mins I didn't hear anything or have any solution. Customer service responded promptly in the first instance... and then were very slow/absent after that first message so I had to sort it out myself with the driver on the phone. Someone from CS sent me a link to say "Sometimes drivers mark things as delivered when they're not yet on your street. Just wait a while they'll get to you"... um, why? 12 mins had passed so no idea what was happening there if they were 'just at the end of the street'. I would be disappointed if Weezy had a set up whereby drivers could hit 'Delivered' just to keep their time-stats low, but then leave the customers in confusion and (bit dramatic for just a grocery delivery but,) panic-thinking 'who the heck has it been delivered to if not me, do I have to go track down some random neighbour at 10 at night?' The fact they have a whole Help article dedicated to this says to me it's an often enough occurrence for it to be a problem - and maybe drivers should not be able to say 'Delievered' until they provide a picture of handing it over or something? I don't want to punish drivers who have a hard enough time as it is, but really. Load of faff for nothing. 10 mins extra wait is no bother at all to me, but 10 mins of no response/answer as to what's happening... quite annoying. Sorry for the essay. Brevity is NOT my forte. I will use Weezy again, because the end-product is very good. However, I do wish they'd sort out this delivery issue. Hope this overly-long review is helpful to someone in the same position as I was. (I put this review on TrustPilot too in case it seems like a duplication!)
