They lie and rip you off. I was quoted a price and £300 deposit to pay in cash, when they came to give the deposit back, they gave less than what they should and stated there is VAT. This wasn’t mentioned before.

Would not recommend them. Hired a turf lifter for weekend. They was late bringing it. We finished with it on Saturday they said they was going to take it off hire Saturday. They couldn't pick it up til Monday but still got charged. No need

Poor CS. There's only one person who has to do viewing before accepting a job (mini digger with driver). He was not available at the date we wanted so we decided to change a date. We called the office multiple times to find out when the digger will be available but the guy was always away and never called back. Very unprofessional. I won't use the Company again.
