All the staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble. I delt mainly with Sally and she went above and beyond. I live in London, and didn't have to worry about anything. The whole service was done very professionally. My family felt my aunt was looked after. Would definitely recommend this company

Was refused entry to see a deceased friend to pay my respects. Was told that due goverment guidelines I wasnt allowed. Upon checking the government website it stated it was down to each individual funeral directors. I'm very upset that I wasnt allowed to enter a room on my own with a mask on to pay my respects It's not as if I could have passed anything on to the deceased and vice versa. I wanted to say goodbye Very disappointing no compasion

I cant thank Steve and Jane enough. It is difficult enough losing a loved one but when i found myself having to deal with the death of my mom on my own it was very daunting and i didnt know what i had to do, without Steves care and advise i would have crumbled and it was a great comfort to be able to ask for help and advise every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thank you again.
