This is by far the best place in York to sit and enjoy some quiet time. Drink, cake and watch how great the service is from Charlotte and the staff. Consistently great in the years we have been visiting. They make you feel welcome and engage with you. Keep it up, it puts the shine on any visit to York, no matter the weather or how tired you are after retail therapy or just wandering around. :-) :-) Another great visit to the best cake and coffee shop in York. You sit and enjoy the terrific treats and watch how great these young ladies are with customer service, it’s a real treat how engaging and cheerful they are especially in such hot weather. The cakes, coffee and drinks are all sublime. Congratulations for being so consistent xxxxx😀 This is by far the best little cake shop in York, Charlotte, Poppy, Molly & Emma today were great, providing happy and efficient service. This is our favourite refreshment stop in York and normally would call in twice. Go see them. Service and choice is great. Sitting outside at present is lovely below the Cathedral. Have been calling in here for several years and despite a change of a few staff members recently the consistency of high level service and an enjoyable atmosphere is worth the visit. Truly magical these ladies really love their work. Thank you.Go and enjoy.

Where to start, crumbs cupcakery is just perfect! Charlotte, Jen and all the team are just amazing. I had my baby shower there, and nothing was too much for them, the service and quality of the products are exceptional! I would recommend for any of your cupcake needs, super tasty.

Visited here for a baby shower. We decorated cupcakes and then had afternoon tea. The staff were very friendly and attentive and kept coming round to ask if we needed anything else. The food was really delicious and there was lots of it, amazing value for money! They actually stayed open after hours for us and I can’t thank them enough. Would recommend to anyone!
