ÜBER BOATS, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! Timetable not followed. No refund on prebookings. Insanly expensive compared to the service. Unfriendly staff. No priority for elders, pregnant, and kids. Long queues and no place to sit but the floor. Definitely it was once and never again.

A long boarding pier and initially confusing as there are lots of separate boarding points. Once I got my head around the signposts which showed which cruise went from which boarding point I was sorted! I took the Thames Clipper to Greenwich.
