Will only see one specific doctor here. Not keen on the bedside manner of the other doctor that I have seen. Receptionists are very busy but could have a better manor. Nurses and other staff are fantastic

Really not impressed, rude reception staff, can never seem to get an appointment, just open and close at there own leisure. Been told on several occasions there's not even a doctor present and today was the final straw when my 31 week pregnant wife was told she had to wait 7 days for an emergency appointment so we had to spend the day at William Harvey to get seen by a doctor would not recommend.......
