Shoddy excuse for a estate agent, currently in the process of deposit refund which has so far taken over 1 month despite for being filled out the day after leaving the tenancy. When viewings permitted agents "forgot" to lock the door on multiple occasions. Incredibly unprofessional Jen in the deposit deparment, passive aggresive snarky emails. Avoid at all costs.

I have used Whitegates up until recently to manage some properties. I wouldn't recommend them, they tend to deduct lots of unnecessary fees and use contractors which overcharge. There are other letting agents in the area which manage properties better and vet tenants better

Absolutely Rubbish turn up at yours unannounced prior they are ment to leave you a email or text stating 24 hours and that there coming when they don’t even text or message our heatings gone on us in living room it’s urgent matter but no they can’t send someone out straight away so we’ve had to borrow a portable heater of my partners dad untill this gets fixed god knows when the electrtion is going to come out because it’s a joke now we’ve been waiting a full week.Bare in mind we private rent this apartment and pay hell of a lot of rent to them for this place.
