Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with this studio. I had a photoshoot last year & the person opening the studio was 15 minutes late. We entered the studio & they didn't have the appropriate lighting equipment, so we had to hire it out last minute from other company. We assumed that because the person arrived late, we would take an extra 5 minutes too clean up the studio when we finished. it was either that or we would get some money back. We were then approached by the person who opened up the studio. She had a phone in her hand with the owner on loud speaker complaining about us taking up excessive time which was not true. I then later on discovered that she complained about our booking (subliminally) on the white studio Birmingham instagram, & also stated that we will be taking an extra fee for those who go over the time. I found this completely unprofessional considering an apology was not made, & there was not a booking after us. So in future, I will not be booking out this studio. Please, start your bookings on time & have the appropriate equipment.
