We really enjoyed our Long Weekend here. We went on a Late Escapes deal and was really pleased with the experience. As always, these places are ONLY as good as the staff that work there. My experience was that we found them all very professional. Michael & George ..... Particularly made our weekend a please. Chatty and very attentive. Also; This place is full of Silverstone F1 history and it's fully documented in some of the rooms (Bar) of the Hotel. It is highly recommended. Looking forward to going back some time. 👍 Food & drinks: Great cuisine included in the deal ....

It was a lovely stay, thank you. Room and bathroom clean, parking available on arrival. Reception was polite and professional with good navigation of hotel rooms and amenities. The meal in-house was "okay" - I had a Caesar salad with Salmon. I'd say 6/10. Normal corporate hotel pricing.

I took my friend for her birthday for a relaxing day in the spa and a night with breakfast, part of the package was to have lunch and afternoon tea. The spa was amazing, the lady who was giving my treatment was very nice and polite and did an amazing job. Lunch was a lovely buffet style although not much in the vegetarian choices but pleasant all the same. Afternoon tea was a let done, the scones were more like bread rolls and not what I would call a cream tea, the cream was hard also and not spreadable. The tea wasn't strong tea also, they came to the table with water separately from the tea bag which by the time the tea bag met the water it wasn't able to properly brew. Dinner was at 8pm, a little late, food was amazing but took 3 hours in total which was a late finish. It was a little disappointing of the extra charges they imposed. The room was amazing and just perfect for a birthday treat. Breakfast was a buffet style, and lots of options to choose from. The overall experience was nice however at the end of the stay we had a knock from house keeping, we explained that we were not checking out till 11am and that this would be the time for them to come back. At 1045 without knocking they came into the room. A male with the female housekeeper, was I assume, going to be coming into the suite, which I was annoyed about as they didn't knock plus at that time I wasn't wearing my hijab and we were just getting the last of our items together to leave. It felt pushy and a shame that we were made to hurry at the last hour and half of our stay

Love this Spa, a group of us booked a day spa and arrived a bit early to take full advantage of the day, started off with aqua aerobics, the rest of the day was alternated between jacuzzi, heat and ice, saunas, followed by a lunch and a deep massage by the lovely Nicoletta, the massage was not included in the spa price this was extra, fell asleep on the bench and woke up feeling rejuvenated 😊, ended up buying some of the body oils and essence for a relaxing massage at home. All in all a fantastic day at the Spa.
